Picturesque and romantic ruin of a late gothic high choir church with good proportions, typical for Rhinehesse. Characteristic is the choir room which clearly towers above the nave. All walls are preserved in full height. Nave formerly cross-ribbed vaulted, two transverse rectangular bays; choir with forechurch was cross-ribbed vaulted, in the window holes remains of fish-blister carvings. Remains of a two-storey, formerly cross-ribbed vaulted sacristy. Today it is the scene of concerts, medieval markets, wine tasting and other cultural events.
