Our Bistro-Hotel Nahetal is located in the heart of Rheinhessen on the western edge of the "Land of a Thousand Hills" - with 26500 hectares, the largest and most diverse German wine-growing area. With more than 1700 hours of sunshine per year, Rheinhessen is one of the sunniest and least rainy regions in Germany. Here you will find excellent wineries with award-winning wines of high quality. Vineyard hikes and cellar tours with wine tasting can be arranged on request. Our non-smoking rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the Gesundheitsforum Nahetal in Gensingen. Gensingen is located directly on the Rhein-Naheradweg, which also passes not far from the building. It is the starting point for many excursions in the region, such as Bingen with the Rheinburgen hiking trail, the Niederwalddenkmal, the Mäuseturm, which has been a historical world monument since 2002, as well as the world-famous Lorelei rocks, Rüdesheim with its Drosselgasse, the beautiful Rheingau with its charming wine village Eltville, Bad Kreuznach with its salt works, thermal baths and the Kauzenburg, and the cathedral city of Mainz with its more than 2000 year old culture and varied history. In the south, the cathedral cities of Worms and Speyer, which also look back on a cultural history of over a thousand years, present themselves. In 40 or 60 minutes the capital of Hesse, Wiesbaden, or the lively metropolis of Frankfurt can be reached. There are also quick connections to the airports Frankfurt/Main and Frankfurt/Hahn as well as to the German Federal Railway. For the late small hunger or thirst there is a vending machine for drinks and snacks in the hotel area, as well as free mineral water in the room. Free parking spaces are available for our guests. For young families, our large rooms with additional "cuddle corner sleeping area" have proven to be very suitable. For 4 or 5 family members our comfortable junior suites are available.
