he Kurfürstliche Schloss is one of Europe’s finest buildings from the Renaissance and offers conferencing in a historical backdrop. It is located close to the Rhine and downtown. The 2500 sqm event area, spread over 8 halls, can welcome up to eight hundred persons. The "Gewölbesaal" on the first floor is suitable as a reception and catering area, as well as a registration and exhibition space. Red stone columns characterize this extraordinary space. The 140 sqm exhibition hall has a large mirrored front and is decorated in blue. This hall has ideal conditions for presentations and exhibitions. The "Leibnizsaal" can be used as a lecture or conference room for up to 140 people in row seating. A three-sided window front and wooden parquet flooring are characteristic of the historic ambience. The "Große Saal" decorated in the ambience of the Mainz Baroque, gives conferences and congresses, presentations and concerts a historical ambience. The "Spiegelsaal" (Hall of Mirrors) offers a suitable ambience for up to 120 participants with its three-sided window front. On the second floor is the "Forstersaal" - a spacious and bright conference room. The "Mozartsaal" provides space for up to 176 people and offers an unforgettable view of the Rhine. Parquet flooring and large windows give the hall a special setting. The non-public restaurant can be used for example as a buffet area for events in the "Großer Saal" or as a catering area for smaller meetings in the "Spiegelsaal" (Hall of Mirrors). The building offers with a mobile production studio multiple possibilities for the production of hybrid and digital events.
