A 5-minute walk to the outdoor pool, 5 minutes by bike to various cycle paths, 5 minutes by car to the Ingelheim-Ost motorway exit. Kaiserpfalz, Burgkirche, Tigergarten, Bismarck Tower, Winzerkeller, endless vineyards, nature reserves for hiking are in the immediate vicinity - but also excursions to beautiful Mainz, through Rheinhessen or by ferry across the Rhine to the beautiful Rheingau are possible. A bakery, organic food shop and several restaurants are just a few metres away. And the nearest REWE is just 900m from the holiday apartment in the "Neue Mitte" with free parking right next door. The apartment has a modern living room/bedroom, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and another room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a spacious desk area.
