Please note the following:
An important principle in the application of cold water is a previously actively heated body. Arm or foot bath never begin with cold hands or feet! So if you are not warm yet, catch up on it now by brisk exercise, like gymnastics or running.
Water treading: lift your feet out of the water with each step (stork walk). Only remain in the water until a strong coldness occurs in the legs.
Then strip off water and warm up.
