Welcome to our spacious penthouse holiday apartment on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house on Alzeyer Straße, directly adjacent to the picturesque vineyards of Flörsheim-Dalsheim.

Living Kitchen: Fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. Should you miss anything, we are always available to assist you.
Bedroom: Equipped with a comfortable king-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m).
Living/Dining Area: Dining table with 4 chairs. Includes a sofa bed that can be prepared for an additonal guest or child upon request. A high chair and a travel cot are also available on request.
Bathroom: Modern and functional
Balcony: Small balcony next to the living room
Parking
Free parking is available directly in front of the house on the street
Alternatively, you can use the underground garage for a small fee, from which an elevator take you directly to the apartment

Arrival: Upon arrival, our guests receuve their own apartment key, which can also bei used for the elevator that arrives directly in the apartment
Breakfast: We do not offer breakfast, but within a few minutes walk, you will find two charming cafés offering wonderful breakfast options.
