On the built-in Firstabschlusstein is the year 1891th However, the Heisje actually should have been built in 1920. The peculiarity of this Heisjes is that only half of it is privately owned by the winery Christian Weinbach. The other half has leased the winegrower.

The Heisje was built around 1920. It consists for the most part of rubble and the frames and corners of bricks. The saddle roof is made of reinforced concrete. The windows are, like almost all Wingertsheisjer, expanded like loopholes. The reason for this is that the first muzzle loader was used.
The door is still original.
The Heisje was plastered inside and out.
