The 4 apartments are located in the historic coach house, which is part of the Villa Fliedner monument zone in Monsheim. Dr. Carl Fliedners coachman lived here with his family around 1900. After the building stood empty for 16 years, renovation work began in early 2022. The coach house was completely gutted and redesigned. During the work, great importance was attached to preserving the good old substance (e.g. the wooden floor and 4 historic windows). By using hight-quality chalk paints, the rooms radiate a particularly fine atmosphere. Since completion in fall 2023, these apratments have been available to guests from all over the world.
