Our 52 m², quiet and stylishly furnished holiday flat in the beautiful wine village of Armsheim offers space for up to 4 people. It consists of a bedroom with king size double bed; a living room with sofa bed for 1-2 additional guests, Smart SAT TV; a comfortably equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, steamer, induction hob, fridge-freezer, Senseo Switch Filter & Pad coffee machine, toaster, kettle, seating area, underfloor heating and a newly designed bathroom with large floor-level rain shower, large washbasin, heated panoramic mirror, hairdryer, underfloor heating. You can use free parking spaces in the courtyard or on the street in front of the house. Free wifi, fresh shower, hand & dish towels are included in the price. The flat is located on the mezzanine floor of a typical Rheinhessen brick house from 1925 with original wooden floors, doors and high ceilings, which has been lovingly renovated and modernised and invites you to feel at home. The large natural garden with various seating options, terrace, and Weber charcoal grill invites you to linger. Two city bikes are available for shopping and short tours. The host family lives in the neighbouring house and is happy to give tips on leisure activities in the area.

Armsheim lies in the heart of the Rhine-Hessian hill country. The winegrowing village with its historic centre has a new discount market with a country bakery in the foyer, a post office, a pizzeria, a good restaurant and an ice cream parlour. In the neighbouring village of Flonheim you will find very good places to stop for a bite to eat, from a wine tavern to upscale cuisine. By train from the station, 600m away, it is two stops to Alzey, the secret capital of Rheinhessen, where you will find nice places to stop at the Rossmarkt (wine bar, restaurants, ice cream parlour, ...). Mainz, Bingen and Worms can be reached by train without changing trains. The nearest bus stop is just around the corner. You can take the bus to Flonheim, for example, or to the beautiful open-air swimming pool at Neuborn in Wörrstadt. The motorway connection to the A61 is only 5 km away. You can start hiking and cycling tours directly from the house. The Armsheim vineyards are in the immediate vicinity. The 'Neuborn' and 'Aulheimer Tal' hike tours start a few kilometres away.
