The quarry stone building with sandstone elements was erected in 1857, according to the date in the wooden entrance door. The simple architecture of the two-storey building with a gable roof and tiny bell tower underlines the official character of the building. Located on Binger Straße, the building is of local historical significance as a former school and town hall.
