Participation in the competition is governed by the following terms and conditions. The competition is not sponsored, sponsored or organized by Facebook or Instagram. 2nd participation

2.1 All persons over the age of 18 who are natural persons and reside in the Federal Republic of Germany are eligible to participate. For participants under the age of 18, the consent of the parents is required. Excluded from participation are employees of the organizer as well as their relatives. The organizer reserves the right to make the award of the prize in an individual case dependent on the submission of proof of age or the informed consent of the parent or legal guardian of a minor participant.

2.2 Participation in the competition is only possible in the period mentioned in the competition. Participation is free.

2.3 The competition is open to all eligible persons who fulfill all the requirements published in the competition posting during the promotional period.

3. Implementation and settlement

3.1 Each of the winnings stated in the competition text will be raffled. A cash payment is excluded. The winner will be responsible for all taxes that may be incurred by the winner.

3.2 The raffle will take place in several draws during the promotion period. The winners will be determined within 1 week after the end of the respective competition period determined by the organizer. The duration of the respective raffle results from the respective raffle posting of the organizer.

3.3 Unless otherwise stated in the Sweepstakes description, winnings will be randomly placed among all correct entrants.

3.5 The claim to the prize expires if the winner does not inform the organizer of his postal address within 3 days after the respective winner notification.
