21. Mainzer Apfelfest

The annual Mainz Apple Festival has become a fixed date in the calendar of the city of Mainz and many families and will take place for the 21st time on 21.09./22.09.2024. The event will take place outdoors, around the APPEL HAPPEL Hof and in the apple orchard.

Program:

Pick your own apples from 10am - 6pm as well as homemade specialties and regional products in the farm shop. We offer guests in the apple orchard: first-class enjoyment: homemade cakes in the "Gartencafé", coffee & drinks from the farm, as well as culinary delights from the castle garden catering. Nature experiences in the apple field, a colorful entertainment program on the apple orchard stage, as well as creative and active offers for young and old visitors around the APPEL HAPPEL Hof, the Rheinhäuserhof offers pony rides on its own initiative.

Sunday 22.09.2024 at 12 noon Opening by the Lord Mayor of Mainz, Nino Haase, followed by the "apple peeling competition" of the "Mainz personalities" for the benefit of the Mainz food bank, followed by an entertainment program by Mainz sports and dance groups on the apple garden stage
