The last “giant” of the swing saxophone, Scott Hamilton from the USA, is the focus of this year's Barrelhouse Jazz Gala, the summit meeting for all fans of swing and classical jazz. And as a “classic” the traditional Barrelhouse Jazz Band, in its new line-up. The band with a 70-year history will meet Germany's youngest jazz singer, 20-year-old Rachel Hermlin, plus other guests from the USA and Paris for the first time. Dieter Nentwig leads through the program.
