Halloween: “A witching hour in the cellar” - stories of ghosts and demons
It is peculiar, terrifying and beautiful at the same time, when you sit in the semi-darkness by candlelight, a cup of hot tea in your hand, listening to the storyteller and feeling how doubt slowly awakens: Is there perhaps something to the stories of curses, demons and vampires after all? The 90-minute program is a varied mix of classic ghost stories such as “The Ghost Drum”, bizarre interjections such as the children's song about the mass murderer Haarmann, poems and scenes. Andreas Thelen presents narrative theater from the realm of shadows, spiced with a pinch of magic and garnished with morbid humor. Guests meet the fountain witch, see original objects that appear in the stories and may even become part of a story themselves? Perhaps even a ghost will make contact?
Recommended for adults, teenagers aged 10 and older.
