On the first weekend of July, we invite you to winery hopping through Rheinhessen.
For two days, our hop-on-hop-off buses will run on a circular route through various regions of our wine-growing area. During this delightful tour, visitors will get to know the Maxime wineries along the route. The highlight: Each host is joined by several other Maxime wineries.

On Saturday evening, we’ll unwind at the halfway point with music and some dancing at the Eva Vollmer Winery.

In 2025, the Maxime Open will take place on July 5 & 6 around Saulheim.
The stops* include Saulheim Train Station (boarding and alighting only), Thörle Winery, Münzenberger Winery, Landgraf Winery, and Eva Vollmer Winery.

Ticket prices (€35/€60) include access to the wineries, tasting of all wines, and use of our shuttle buses.
You can join the Maxime Open Route at any participating winery or designated festival bus stop. Upon your first check-in, show your ticket to receive a festival wristband, which grants access to the wineries and buses. Our buses operate in a loop, regularly stopping at all locations.
