Weihnachtskonzert mit Menna Mulugeta im Trio - Lights of Christmas 2024

The singer Menna Mulugeta captivates with her impressive virtuosity and emotional expressiveness and forms a harmonious trio with Gernot Blume on harp and electric piano and Julie Spencer on percussion, two internationally active profile musicians.The three musicians worked together, for example, during the CD production of the album FREE and a tour of the USA in 2013 with concerts in New York City and Washington D.C. The Lights of Christmas programme includes Christmas songs in English, German and Amharic - the national language of their roots in Ethiopia.With further soul, pop and jazz songs, the evening will be a musical review of the singer's year.The musicians are looking forward to taking their audience out of their everyday lives during the concert and getting them in the mood for Christmas.
