Guideline

In order to provide the companies of the wine industry with a guideline for the preparation of sustainability reports, a research project has been realized at the University of Applied Sciences Bingen in the Institute for Applied Environmental Research IESAR. During the project, a list of criteria for a sustainability report was worked out in cooperation with several wineries and in consideration of international guidelines for sustainability reporting, such as the Global Report Index (GRI).
