The charging cabinet offers 4 lockers and two protected Schuko sockets each, as well as a USB charging device (simultaneous charging of batteries and mobile phones). Four batteries can be charged at the same time. You will need your own charger and a deposit coin to lock the compartment. The backpack or bicycle helmet can also be stored.
Mobile phones and e-bikes can be charged at the eastern edge of Nieder-Hilbersheim, directly on the fruit route near the Welzbach. Opposite is a self-service cupboard with seasonal fruit and vegetables. While the batteries are recharging, Katrin's village shop with café in the village centre on the main road (open Thu - Sat mornings) offers a place to rest. A playground is in the immediate vicinity here and invites you to linger and play.
