Meadow Mill Kettenheim

In the "cool reason" at Kettenheim lies the meadow mill. A part of the historical ensemble from 1738 was renovated and rebuilt with the support of the EU funding program LEADER and funds from the village renewal and preservation of monuments for tourism and gastronomic purposes.

Today there is an event location, which is booked especially for weddings or corporate events. It also offers large companies with up to 150 people the opportunity to celebrate undisturbed in a historic ambience. The natural garden offers plenty of space to relax. The offer of the Wiesenmühle Kettenheim is supplemented by RV sites, which are located outside the mill at Weidasser Bach.

The Wiesenmühle is also a place of excursion as a place of technology and old crafts. The Mühlhaus with inventory, including the mill wheel, adjacent to the renovated barn is still completely intact. On the day of the monument in September or also on the German mill day in May, numerous visitors come every year to watch how flour is ground on the historic grinding machines or simply to enjoy the historic ambience.
