Anyone who finds wines from Rheinhessen good, they should also be able to find good.

More and more consumers attach importance to grape wines with typical regional style.

Rheinhessen offers many such authentic wines. But who throws a quick look at the shelves in retail, often does not recognize the wine in search of bottles.

Our goal:

We want to steer the consumers without detours to the typical wines from Rheinhessen. In order for consumers to take the direct route to our wines, we need to offer them guidance - clearly visible, in the middle of the wine bottle. For this our already established mark of origin is best suited. This was clearly demonstrated by a new consumer research study.

If the sign catches the eye, the hand reaches for the wallet.

Does our mark of origin actually promote wine sales? To find out, we commissioned a consumer research study. The results speak for themselves - and for our sign:

• Wines with signs produce a much higher awareness and a greater buying interest than wines without signs.

• The Rheinhessen symbol was rated positively in its formal design, the colors of the logo and the silver seal as well.

• In part, the sign was even the decisive reason for buying. The test persons perceive it as origin, but also as a quality mark.

• In general, the mark is used to distinguish it from other wines and is often understood as an indication of a larger and more modern wine assortment.

A badge of origin says more than a thousand labels.

Rheinhessen is the best reason to show his homeland love.

With the Rheinhessen label you emphasize your typical regional wines and demonstrate entrepreneurial vision. A little character that demonstrates greatness.

Requirements for participation:

White grape varieties: Müller-Thurgau, Riesling, Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris

Red varieties: Dornfelder, Pinot Noir and Portugieser.
The taste profile of the wines should be dry or classic.

A jury checks the wines for typicality. All wines that meet the requirements can be equipped with the mark of origin. For just 1 cent per bottle of wine, we will send you the required number of characters. And then place the signs on the bottles.
