We have selected the base wines for this exclusive Riesling sparkling wine from winemakers whose work we greatly appreciate. They were ready to share with us the demanding quality philosophy in the production of grapes.
In our champagne cellar, an exceptional Riesling sparkling wine has been produced according to the traditional method. He is a great ambassador for Rheinhessen. We gave him the name "1816" after the birth date of our young region.
