Quality is the philosophy of the Pauser family - and that sounds as simple as it is convincing. Very important: the careful handling of nature. After all, the family business now cultivates over 30 hectares of vineyards. Friedrich Pauser and daughter Eva Pauser-Brand are responsible for the wine. High minerality, freshness, fruit and an elegant style have become their trademark.

Steel, glass, wood and stone - Pauser's Quartier, this is a noble ambience. The view from the terrace over the vineyards is overwhelming, exceptionally the atmosphere in the barrique warehouse or in the large ballroom.

The jury was impressed by the comprehensive architectural claim to include production facilities and wine storage facilities in addition to the main building with the Rheinhessen-EXCELLENT wine shop and panoramic terrace.
