Since 1992, Ursula and Tilo Hochthurn have been managing the Mediterranean-style winery Gerharz-Hochthurn in Gau-Algesheim. The modern-oriented farm now manages about 20 ha of vineyards in the fourth generation. The vines grow in Gau-Algesheim, Ingelheim and Horrweiler. Due to the lime-rich, deep soils and slopes, a variety of wines in terms of minerality and aromas is possible. Tilo Hochthurn proudly presents his convincing Rieslings and Pinots. Our winery is located on the outskirts of Rheinhessen to be precise in Bingen - Büdesheim. The winery "Michael Grünewald & Söhne" that's us: Michael & Fabian and our parents Michael & Susanne.
