As a Zimmermann family winery, we have been working in a symbiosis of traditional values and modern views for generations. We cultivate about 35 hectares of vineyards in the best locations, the foundation of which is the deep, calcareous loess and heavy clay soils. MC Edition is the premium line of the Zehe-Claus winery. The winemakers Marcus Clauß and Birgit Zehe-Clauß run the winery in Mainz. Their philosophy is: "careful to the nature, characterized by the origin, with the handwriting of the winegrower, for passion and pleasure." Since 2010, the winery has been converted to organic management. For years, the wines have been awarded national and international awards. MC Riesling dry is z. B. awarded annually since 2001 by Mundus Vini.
