The Worms Zoo is located in the recreational area "Bürgerweide" between Worms city centre and the Rhine and is home to over 500 animals from 80 species. The public swimmingpool on the Wartberg was built in 1957/58 and is nowadays a sports and leisure area. A total of four solar-heated pools are available for visitors of all age. Relax on the 16,000 m² lawn or do some sports. Two volleyball fields, a soccer field, two basketball hoops and two table tennis tables are available for sport and fun. A children's playground and a café complete the services. Distance to the next bus stop: 1500 meters. Distance to the next train station: 800 meters.
In Taubertsgbergbad there is an indoor pool, the sports pool and an outdoor pool. The sports pool offers aquagym, aqua jogging and a swimming school for children. In the outdoor swimming pool, the family Sunday takes place every second Sunday in fine weather. Live music is played and the children are offered a bouncy castle and changing attractions. There is also a spa area, which is currently under renovation.
A great fun for young and old - A 30,000 m² corn maze at the entrance of Dahlheim invites you to an evening quest for the well-hidden stations and the exit.
