1. Guest admission and placement conditions of the hosts in Rheinhessen

1. Position of the RHT; Scope of these terms and conditions of admission

1.1. For all contracts concluded at the conclusion of the contract before 01.07.2018:

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the RHT has only the status of mediator. It is not liable for the information provided by the host regarding prices and services. Any liability of RHT under the agency contract remains unaffected.

1.2. For all contracts concluded at the conclusion of the contract after 30.06.2018:

a) The RHT is the operator of the respective websites or publisher of corresponding host directories, catalogs, flyers or other print media and online appearances, insofar as they are expressly designated there as the publisher / operator.

b) To the extent that the RHT conveys services provided by the host (lodging, food and own ancillary services) that do not represent a significant proportion of the total value of the host's services and do not constitute or promote an essential feature of the host's performance or the RHT itself RHT only has the status of an intermediary.

c) RHT has the position of a provider of connected travel services as an intermediary, insofar as the conditions for an offer of connected travel services of RHT exist in accordance with the statutory provisions of § 651w BGB.

d) Without prejudice to the obligations of RHT as a provider of connected travel services (in particular transfer of the statutory form and implementation of customer protection in the event of a collection of the RHT) and the legal consequences of non-compliance with these legal obligations, the RHT is in accordance with b) or c) neither the tour operator nor the contracting party of the guest accommodation contract concluded in the event of a booking. It is therefore not liable for the information provided by the host regarding prices and services, for the provision of services itself and for performance defects.

For all contracts, regardless of the time of the conclusion of the contract:

1.3. These terms and conditions of guest accommodation, as effectively agreed, apply to all bookings for accommodation where the basis of booking is the list of hosts issued by RHT, or for bookings made on the basis of the corresponding offers on the Internet.

1.4. The hosts reserve the right to agree with the guest on a case-by-case basis other terms and conditions of guest accommodation or regulations that deviate from or supplement the following guest reception conditions.

2. Conclusion of the contract, travel agents, information in hotel guides

2.1 With the booking, the guest offers, if applicable after previous non-binding information from the host about his accommodations and their current availability, to the host the conclusion of the guest accommodation contract binding.
