The vineyards of the winery extend over first-class locations that offer ideal conditions for the cultivation of different grape varieties. The range includes a wide selection of white, red and rosé wines as well as sparkling wines and Seccos, which are recognised for their quality and variety. Visitors are welcome to taste the wines in the cosy vinotheque and learn more about the philosophy of the winery. The first Göhring's wine sweep season took place in autumn 2017. Wine plays a major role here, but small, seasonally varying dishes, all of which are prepared in-house, are not missing either. The Saumagen burger and the curry sausage with homemade sauce have taken a permanent place. Göhring's Weinkehr is easily accessible via the B 271 in Flörsheim-Dalsheim.
Our family-owned winery, in the style of a franconian courtyard, is located in the middle of Guntersblum. Right now there are three generations living on the courtyard whose water tower with press house from the year 1899 shapes the image of the village. In our vineyards we work close to nature to maintain the soil health and fertility for the following generations. The story of our winery began in 2005 with a small piece of vineyard and a love of nature. While studying in Geisenheim, we, Esther and Philipp, got to know each other and from then on built up our own winery together. Over the years, the winery grows, always focusing on organic wine culture. Since 2008, we have been members of Ecovin, the largest association of organically working wineries.
