The Thiel family gets to the heart of the matter when it comes to atmosphere, whether in winter by the open fire or in summer under shady trees and vines in the barrel garden. At the Mees Winery you can taste the diversity of grape varieties on the Nahe: Whether the classics like Riesling, Pinot Blanc or Pinot Gris or nowadays exotics like Kanzlerrebe and Muskta-Ottonel. Everyone will find what they are looking for here. With son Lukas, the next generation is waiting in the wings to support the 15-hectare farm together with parents Roland and Dagmar.

Winery, restaurant and land hotel- an ambience to experience wine in all of its facets: traditional handicraft and modern wines in the middle of the region. It grew- it was not made!
