Flonheim is just a wine crazy place. Here are our roots and that has already been like that for centuries. Our winery is situated at the Klostereck, here were reaally once monks. That's enough reason for us to put one on our label. We love what we do and it really is pretty diverse- winery and sparkling wine, hotel and café. Especially the sparkling wine is our passion. From unique base wines from our vineyards to the sparkling pleasure often is a long way. We do everything ourselves, from the selection of the wines, harvest, fine yeast bearings, bottle-ready, dismantling and equipping.
