2018
Harvest with 112 hl / ha
A magnificent wine year: a lot of summer, stress test for the vines and a finale with a rich harvest, great qualities and well-filled barrels. Good base wines, promising vineyard wines, red wines with great potential, highly ripe Trockenbeerenauslese and, in January 2019, a Happy End with an ice wine harvest
2017
Harvest with 75.9 hl / ha
The quality was good, the aromas very pronounced, the crop small and the growing season rather diverse. An excellent autumn weather for the finale made it possible, especially for the Riesling and Silvaner, to set a big positive exclamation mark for this vintage in terms of quality.
2016
Harvest with 98.8 hl / ha
Qualitatively, the results are very good - despite comparatively lower must weights and higher acid values. The weather in the weeks before the harvest and in autumn was perfect, causing the aroma maturity to increase significantly. A Riesling year.
2015
Harvest with 96.9 hl / ha
Vintage with a very good ending; all quality goals were achieved. Yield above expectations, but below the average of recent years. Late harvest with successful flavour poker. Unique grape ripening conditions for red wines.
2014
Harvest with 100 hl / ha
The wineries in Rheinhessen harvested 260 million liters in 2014. Thaks to that, the harvest volume was 1.5% higher than the year before, but exactly on average on the long term. The yield per hectare was exactly 10,000 liters. Two-thirds of the harvest were white must, one-third was red must.
