On January 18, 2025, Eskalation awaits you for the second time in the Oberhaus! We from Eskalation e.V. have three great bands from Rheinhessen for you, who will make the evening unforgettable with their very own sounds and stories. ...because it has to rock! The Breakouts kick off the evening: the young rock band from Alzey will perform energetic stage shows that will get you dancing and singing along. With their dynamic songs - from rousing rock anthems to soulful ballads - they have something for everyone. Their aim: to thrill the audience and revive the rock vibe. “Keep on Rockin'!” is their message. Next on stage is Plan X from Worms. With their sound, they will whisk you away to the beach and awaken a feeling of freedom and wanderlust. Since 2010, they have been making audiences think - and dance - with their rocking, German-language songs about love, friendship and self-determination. Their music is an invitation to let go and enjoy the journey of life, always accompanied by powerful guitar riffs, driving drums and emotional ballads.
The final act is DDDR, a tribute to the 90s and the musical decade that knew no boundaries. DDDR emerged from the wreckage of CCCP (crossover and core tribute) - a band that brings the rebellion and energy of that time to the stage. The 90s, the decade in which everything seemed possible and every genre found its place, were the soundtrack to countless Abi parties and teenage parties. DDDR pay tribute to this era and bring back the feeling of pure freedom and dynamism with covers of bands such as Rage Against the Machine, Limp Bizkit, Nine Inch Nails and many more. A musical outburst, passionate, angry and powerful - in keeping with the crossover spirit of the 90s.
