Based on the enormous multimedia show that earned U2 the top spot as the world's most successful band in the concert scene, the four Lüneburgers of the band Achtung Baby are also sometimes supported by a specially created video show. They performed this, for example, at gigs for Germany's largest Internet fan portal u2Tour.de in 2005, as well as at Nokia New Years Eve 2006 and the official Universal Music release party for the new U2 album on February 26, 2009. However, this show is not only reserved for larger stages, but can also be experienced directly in live music clubs. The greatest concern of the four Lüneburgers, all of whom grew up with the sound of U2, is and remains to convey the feeling, the sound and the soul of the music of the four Irishmen. From the New Wave and punk-influenced beginning in the late 70s, as heard in “I Will Follow” or “Out Of Control”, to the time of upheaval and political engagement in the 80s, which culminated in a highlight of the biggest rock festival in history up to that point, the Live Aid Festival 1985, with songs like “Bad” and “Sunday Bloody Sunday”, to today's gigantic 360 degree multimedia show, underlined with songs like “Beautiful Day”, “Magnificient”.
Of course, concertgoers will also be treated to many other great hits from “One” to “Where The Streets Have No Name” and “With Or Without You” in a soulful and “up close and personal” way - and of course there will also be a preview of the upcoming 2018 Songs Of Experience Tour with songs from the album of the same name. The concert will make sworn U2 fans feel “at home” and those who have only known the hits from radio and TV to date will discover many new facets of the music of Bono, The Edge, Adam Clinton and Larry Mullen and perhaps become a future U2 or Achtung Baby fan. So: Achtung Baby!
