That's us: Michael Pfeiffer - Operations Manager, after his apprenticeship as a vintner, he graduated as a technician for viticulture and oenology. Stefanie Pfeiffer - customer service, office and mother of Johann and Jakob. Johann & Jakob Pfeiffer, the two youngest ones always bring fresh ideas into the winery and are happy about the visit of our customers. We are supported in all areas by Michael's mother Helga Pfeiffer. Our Philosophy ... For Michael Pfeiffer, winegrower is more than a profession - it is his life, his favorite occupation and his hobby in one. His passion is the Pinot in many variations, especially the Pinot Noir. Of course, there is also Riesling from Gau-Algesheim top location Goldberg, which convinces with its minerality. The wine list is rounded off by typical Rheinhessen varieties, such as Huxelrebe and Bacchus, interpreted in a modern way and far away from monotony. Exotics and newcomers such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc and Auxerrois can also be found in the wine list. Stylistically, the Pfeiffer winery has set on a modern-clear line, this is also reflected in the traditional Rheinhessen Schlegelflaschen (long bottles with a small neck). The mixture of modern bottle caps and the clear, simple labels makes the Pfeiffer wines visible from afar. In the Vinothek, which was already set up in 2009, you can browse through the wine rack as a wine customer and then choose your favorite wine with expert guidance.
