Winery Grünler

Wine is a cultural asset with over 2000 years of tradition. As a classic family business, we feel obliged to cultivate this tradition with all our skills. An outstanding location is particularly important here: Our winery is located in the center of Horrweiler, in the middle of the characterful Rheinhessen hill country between Bingen & Bad Kreuznach. Hunsrück, Taunus & Palatinate Forest protect our vineyards from cold winds. The nearby Rhine also ensures a mild climate in the interior. All grapes ripen gently in the location "Horrweiler St. Rochuskapelle", in the immediate vicinity of Grünler winery. Our passion lies in the creation of an extraordinary variety of flavors, which is achieved by an extensive, internationally renowned range of grape varieties.
Experience a wide range of fine wines in the Grünler winery: fruity fresh white wines, elegant rosé wines or strong red wines. Moderate acid values always promise best digestibility. Our portfolio includes international varieties (eg Merlot, Chardonnay) and rarities (eg Rondo, Dunkelfelder, Morio Muskat) as well as classical plants of the region (eg Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir). Through particularly careful cultivation in the vineyard, as well as an individual development of the wines in the cellar, we achieve an optimum of quality and variety of flavours.
