Where the wine of the Nieder-Ingelheim winegrowers' co-operative used to be pressed, matured and stored is now a place of wine enjoyment. Almost 30 Ingelheim winegrowers and a distillery present their top wines and fine spirits here. Whether red or white, dry or off-dry - lovers of fine wines will find the perfect opportunity to get to know Ingelheim wines in the modern ambience of the vinotheque.

The best wines from almost 30 Ingelheim winegrowers and a distillery are displayed in modern wire racks that form a harmonious contrast to the old sandstone walls. Tasting is expressly encouraged, and the 3- or 6-glass wine tasting on offer invites you to do just that. In addition to excellent wines, wine-related products such as the Ingelheim red wine sock or freshly roasted coffee in a red wine barrel are also on the shelves.

The vinotheque in the Winzerkeller is a "Rheinhessen EXCELLENT vinotheque". In September 2021, the Vinothek im Winzerkeller was named one of the 30 most beautiful vinotheques in Germany by the German Wine Institute. Our winery, located in the heart of Ober-Ingelheim, is a fourth-generation family business. You can expect traditional red and white wines, but also trendy wines such as Merlot and Chardonnay. Specialities such as Beerenauslese and Eiswein will delight your palate, as will our cherry wine made from our own cherries. Come for a wine tasting and find your favourite wines.

Our home is the Rhine-Hessian red wine town of Ingelheim am Rhein.

There, in the heart of the idyllic district of Ober-Ingelheim, lies our winery and guesthouse.

With our typical Rheinhessen covered courtyard gate, we are easy to find despite the winding alleys. Once you pass through, you will be greeted by the cosy courtyard with its greenery, flowers and inviting seating. Here you can celebrate convivially on nice days or simply enjoy a glass of wine.

The guesthouse conveys a sense of familiar, Rhine-Hessian hospitality with a high level of living comfort. The spacious non-smoking rooms are individually and lovingly designed. Mini fridge, electric kettle, TV and free Wi-Fi as well as allergy-friendly bed linen and comfortable mattresses ensure your well-being.

The breakfast buffet also leaves hardly anything to be desired. In the cosy breakfast room, the UFFHUB-STÜBCHEN, you can fortify yourself for the day and a chat with your hostess Mechtild Weitzel is always possible. She will be happy to give you tips on excursions, arrange bike rentals, take care of concert tickets if necessary and help you organise anything.
