Also during the construction of the new place of work the sustainability was a basic idea that the jury awards with a Best Of Wine Tourism-Award in the corresponding category "Sustainability in wine tourism". The cellar is partly built into the slope so the ground causes a perfect climate control, a photovoltaic plant on the roof ensures that there is always electricity. Also the heating is operated with the dried pomace. A perfect cycle!
Interested people can prticipate in regular guided tours through the new working placae of the renowned winemaker family.
